Refund & cancellation policy

Little Minds worksheets are digital products delivered instantly by download. Because the full file is available to you the moment payment is confirmed, all sales are final and we are generally unable to offer refunds once the download has been accessed.

We're here to help first

If something goes wrong — a download that won't open, a file you can't find, a payment charged twice — please email us at hello@littlemindworksheets.com before anything else. We respond quickly and will always make sure you actually receive what you paid for.

When we do issue refunds

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Payment was taken but the product was never delivered and we can't resolve the delivery.
• The purchase was clearly unauthorised or made in error and the files have not been downloaded.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days. Cancellations are only possible before the download has been accessed.
